Environmental Protection Idea

  • In response to EU RoHS, REACH decree, the supplier shall comply with birch for long lead-free, Stewed process and product related specifications and signed guarantee not to use banned substances.
  • In response to the United States in July 2010 President Obama signed the Act No. 4173 (HR 4173), "The Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act" (Dodd-Frank Act), prohibits the use of long birch special statement "Conflict Minerals" (Conflict minerals ).

Conflict Minerals Declaration：

  • Not support from the use of armed conflicts, illegal mining and the poor working conditions in the mining of metal from the so-called "conflict minerals"
  • Require suppliers to fill the EICC-GeSI Conflict Minerals Report template, survey materials if they contain gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W) and other metals, and confirm the ore source of these metals.
  • The supplier must fulfill corporate social responsibility, requiring supply chain commercially reasonable due diligence to ensure that the products provide long birch unused conflict the four metals.
